Suicide prevention skills and knowledge can save a life. Suicide prevention training can help you start a conversation and let others know they are supported.

Training also gives professionals confidence that they have the skills needed to support individuals who feel suicidal and awareness of where they themselves can get support if they are experiencing difficulties.
