NO MORE Suicide Partnership – Working Together to Prevent Suicide<\/p>

The NO MORE Suicide Partnership consists of a wide range of partners, including charity and voluntary sector organisations, people with lived experience, local Councillors, emergency services, mental health trusts, NHS clinical commissioning groups, HMP Prisons & Probation, Highways England, Public Health England and the Cheshire & Merseyside Health & Care Partnership.<\/p><\/div>

There is no single cause and no single solution to suicide. However, by working together, and using evidence-based interventions that draw on local & national intelligence, we can strive to eradicate this preventable death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The NO MORE Suicide Partnership drives the strategic suicide prevention action across Cheshire & Merseyside<\/a>.

Suicide is preventable yet in England 13 people kill themselves every day; one person every 90 minutes in the UK. The impact on family, friends, workplaces, schools and communities can be devastating; it carries a huge financial burden for the local economy and contributes to worsening inequalities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The NO MORE Suicide Partnership is supported by the Champs Public Health Collaborative in co-ordinating the joint actions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
